Whatever that is for you right now, my focus is to support you, and help you to work through it and feel better. We will find the tools, decisions, and actions that feel right and work for you. In this process you will gain self knowledge, and develop skills that will help you to continue to feel better and work through future issues, long past our time together. I am experienced providing therapy to people of many ages, and with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and economic circumstances.
